"I was only at the hotel for two nights but the bar staff were friendly and the spa was a delight. Location was good and the organised cabs for us very easily to get around.

"This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It had everything I needed and more. Open your balcony and you have amazing mountainous views. The indoor pool is great, but the outdoor pool was even better. It was heated, and you have a view of the surrounding mountains. I highly recommend this place."

"The entire staff at 4Seasons Baku make this iconic Baku hotel even more special and memorable! They helped us coordinate our visa to Baku before arriving due to the portal link not working. The staff had a birthday cake for our adult son as Baku was part of his birthday trip. The concierge's dinner recommendations were delicious and better than AI's suggested places. Our two rooms had fantastic views of the flame towers, the tulip mall, and the carpet museum. It was perfectly located near the old city walls. Breakfast was the best (or near the best) on our entire Caucasus extended tour. BAKU is a gorgeous city with historical beautiful sites to explore. The city wowed us and has much more to offer to tourists than we had anticipated. I'd love t return for another 3 days in the future."
