"The room it’s located on the 12th floor, and I had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful especially Gerardo ,Carla,Elizabeth.Gerardo walked with me to the cable car station to help me.. I had an excellent breakfast every morning.. it’s a great location five minute walk from the cable station. But the staff make this incredible Hotel!!❤️ ❤️❤️"

"Interesting layout to this hotel with exterior areas incorporated into the footprint of the property. Multiple resturants to chose from. Breakfast buffet was good but variety of fruit offered was a bit lacking. Good locations with great restaurants in area. Items in mini bar were horribly overpriced. Overall would recommend!"
