The family suite apartment is one of the best available anywhere. Spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. The beds(1 king and 2 double in the second room) are extremely comfortable and perfectly appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped. The best hotel I have been to, and an absolute gem of a deal at the price we paid... image a full one bedroom apartment for the price of a room, full kitchen with utensils, view of the city, supermarket only a block away, and plenty of small shops. Second time we've stayed here; great location, helpful staff, they came & picked us up at the airport, across the street from the Ventura mall, excellent restaurant.

The staff of this hotel went out of their way to help us out - I was a little bit sick due to high altitude - They sent a person couple of time (one 2:00 AM) to check my blood pressure no charge they sent me oxygen tank for free. When i asked to purchase a blood pressure machine they found out about the prices and sent somebody to pick it up from the pharmacy (3:00 AM) they charged me 10% but that well worth it
