"Beautiful stay. Not much to do around though. I would recommend to get a day pass and not stay unless you’re looking to relax. we walked to jaibalito and walk wasn’t too bad. We were caught off by food pricing, very expensive and unreasonable. they offer kayaking, massages, & washing for a very high fee too. our fav part were the two cats we would see at lunch."
"Their A C works at 50%. Staff doesn't know to handle guests complaints and just pretend like they expect it to work fully soon - but it never did. Its a shame because the hotel is great in all other aspects."
"Stayed one night. It was not what the pictured showed looked like. A/c. Wasn’t work on a hot May Day was not acceptable. Tv wasn’t working upon arrival maintenance try fixing it for 2 hours. Always in my room. When stepped out. Didn’t feel comfortable. The shower head was leaking. And making noise thru out the night. Staff try helping but supervisor wasn’t in to help. For all my inconvenience was giving a free $5 shuttle to airport. Thanks hotel las americas . Positive note the buffet. Is hands down. Delicious. Amazing options. With typical Guatemala dishes fresh refreshments bartender. Was great. Comforting"
