"The resort is clean and cozy. Room was small… the kind size bed was comfortable, but on side- very narrow, not much walking around.. but if you are not planning to be in the room- it was great! They do provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, but no shower gel..beach is great! Staff is very friendly. Breakfast a bit boring. We did not choose all inclusive, but their restaurant on a beach still would be extra cost and it is very expensive, no special. Next door- Bananarama- had cheaper options, daily specials for lunch and drinks, like 2 for price of 1, each day of the week - something different. We spent the majority of our time eating either at Bananarama or Argentinian grill. Great food and service. Paradise need to re-evaluate their prices and entice their guests to spent money at their restaurant!
Also, it is funny, that resort asks to reuse their water bottles, like you get one in your mini bar, but then if you need more- each water bottle is $2. A lot of Resorts at least provide their reusable bottles to help the environment, and guest usually do and keep as souvenir..
But the resort is great and we are contemplating to come back more sooner then later! Beach! Great sand and water- what could be better!"
"Clean rooms, staff willing to help in any way they could. They asked me constantly if there was anything I needed. They made my stay so much more enjoyable than I expected. I could not recommend this hotel more all the staff go above and beyond to make your trip as comfortable as possible."

"Overall we had a wonderful stay. Our room was large with 2 queen size beds. The room was clean and well furnished. we had 2 closets and a table with 2 chairs. The room was nicely decorated and well maintained. we also had a balcony with a nice view. The only negative was that the pillows on the bed were a little to large for me, my wife liked their size. The people and the resort were wonderful. Breakfast was my favorite meal. We had sausage, eggs and bacon and anything else you could possibly want. The resort is on West Bay beach and offers terrific swimming and snorkeling."
