"It's like a frat house for European incels. They're not really interested in any cultural activity that doesn't include alcohol. The place gets trashed every night and the cleaning staff does a stellar job every morning. There's only two toilets and two showers for about 100 guests on the first floor, near the kitchen. The area is a bit "methy" and the bar downstairs plays Dolly Parton covers at 11 volume until 10pm on the weekends. A grocery store is a few doors down and the 100E airport bus is about 15 minuet walk at the Astoria station. I stayed four nights, the beds are comfortable and clean and the soundproofing works well until the music starts. Don't look for 'community' here."
