"Clean, modern hotel in a good location for seeing the sights of Rome, either on foot or in taxis.the rooms are a good size, and whilst the condition is not perfect, it’s certainly not bad.
Unfortunately the hotel left us waiting at the airport after we had confirmed a transfer, they don’t reply to emailed messages and the price of the return transfer increased from what was agreed in writing. Because of these issues, I have reduced the rating to 3, in what was otherwise a good hotel that could do so much better with some small improvements."
"When traveling here contact the hotel for water taxi information. They may be able to make the reservation for you which would be a great help. Approximately €70 from train station and €170 to airport. It really makes a difference since they have their own doc. "
"The room and facilities were good and as expected. The issue was the delayed check in when my reservation was confusing to the staff. I had a confirmed reservation for a family room on and had a photo and the email showing the confirmation. The hotel had another reservation for me that was not adequate and it took three supervisors and 20 minutes to figure out the confusion. This was a very short overnight stay as it was between planes at the Rome airport and we just wanted to get to our room."
"Terrible stay.Rooms are very old and not maintained.Room smells fried oil all the time and very strong odor.Mold in the ceiling ,the wood floor is broken and has lot of wide cracks.closet door is broken and missing a panel.Ac was not working and room was very hot .WORSE HOTEL TO STAY IN ."
