"Great hotel & awesome staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. It is about 10 min walk from Duomo. They also supply water and snacks at no cost to the guests. The room is very clean everyday. The breakfast were also excellent for the price. We enjoyed staying for 10 days. "
"Upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy every day during our stay. We called concierge every night so they could tell them to be quiet. It sounded like there was a gym above us. Not sure if they were wrestling, jumping, doing aerobics, etc.

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

I’d also like to mention the security staff (I didn’t catch his name) who was extremely friendly—he kindly picked us up from reception and dropped us right at our room door 786,which was much appreciated.
