"Older hotel in need of decoration. However, very comfortable beds, clean rooms with mini fridge etc. Excellent service from the staff and a great breakfast. "
"The hotel is very “meh” for what you pay. The bed is just okay, and the pillows are HORRIBLE—plus there was only one per person, so I had to ask for more. There was a hair in the shower, and there was very little complimentary water. The only good thing is that the room was spacious, but overall it felt overpriced for what it is. The location is good, and the staff is pretty average."
"The hotel is incredible and the staff is as well. We absolutely loved our stay. It was truly a unique experience. However, guests should know that because the hotel is literally incorporated into the caves, it can be physically demanding climbing all the stone stairs. People with mobility issues will definitely struggle at this hotel"
