The hotel cares more about the bottom line than the customer. I made a mistake on my booking, and paid for the room twice, the hotel would not do anything to help."

Hotel Montecarlo is in an excellent location, just off St. Mark’s Piazza in a quiet area. It was easy to walk to nearby sites and restaurants from the hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming. While the room was small, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Montecarlo again in the future.
