"We really wanted to give Hotel 39 a full 5-star rating, but a few small details held us back. Each time we showered, water leaked out of the bathroom into the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was decent, but it lacked authenticity, being Jamaican, the flavors didn’t quite hit for us and overall tasted a bit bland.
That said, the breakfast staff truly stood out. Their customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We felt welcomed and safe throughout our stay, which we really appreciated."
