"Our stay at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. You can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping the entire resort incredibly clean and welcoming.
What truly made the experience special, though, was the level of respect and hospitality we received. Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.
A very special shoutout to Victor Montel — he went above and beyond in every interaction. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He truly elevated our experience and is a big reason we’ll be coming back.

"The S hotel was amazing, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They upgraded my room to a beach view without a problem.. very accommodating! The food was the only issue, it wasn’t very tasty or good but overall experience 9/10"

"Had a great 7 night stay at the ROK hotel. Was there for Jamaica Carnival 2026.
Friendly staff, very accommodating. I opted to include breakfast for the 7 days and was not disappointed. Buffet menu was fresh and good variety of local flavours. There was also the option to order from the menu at no extra cost.
Pool Bar was my favourite, great vibe, not over crowded and great photo opportunities.

"this was our 4th time to Swept Away. Perfect as always. the food, employees, beach, drinks, rooms; all of it is just perfect. The only thing i can complain about is the shower soap. it's awful. doesn't lather at all, leaves you feeling sticky & has a weird scent. Swept Away-do better for the girls.. everything else is magical. Make sure you upgrade to the beach veranda rooms, you won't regret it."
