If want to top up your tan, you might want to head out to Manora Beach, located 5.1 mi (8.3 km) from central Karachi. If you want to continue walking by the waves, head to Clifton Beach and Beach Park.
Embassy of the United States of America is just one of the places to see in Islamabad, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels?
After visiting Faisal Mosque, make a plan to see the other sights and activities in Islamabad. Stroll along the lakeside or experience the area's musical theater.
"The best member of your staff was BY FAR Pushpa. She was kind to my children, caring when we were ill, she always helped us promptly and she never asked for anything in return. No tips or reviews. She is your jewel. If I could leave her 20 reviews, one for every night i stayed I would. She worked the hardest and made our trip the most comfortable. Separately, the manager Syed Ubaid was wonderful in promptly responding to requests. I WISH you could teach other staff to have more common sense, remember requests and respond promptly. Other front desk staff would regularly forget our requests, never come back or generally didnt seem to have common sense. Also at breakfast, Mir, Izma, Qasim were always attentive and helpful - we wish to give them a special thanks. Also a final shout out to X for immediately helping whenever our hands were full with the children."
"Moevenpick Islamabad has the best view of any hotel in Islamabad. However, they have ruined the view by putting an advertisement on one entire facade of the building. Since that is the side that has the Classic and Deluxe rooms, most of those rooms have been sacrificed for some advertising revenue, unfortunately.
I had booked a Classic room and had to upgrade it to a Deluxe at the back of the building, just to get an unfettered view.
The staff seems to think the advertisement has no impact on the view, but in reality it has reduced the natural light into the rooms by at least 50%, plus if you wish to sit by the windows and look outside, you can see all the dots (pixels) that make up the ad, covering the entire window. It is not an unfettered view by any stretch of the imagination. It is quite annoying. I really request the hotel management to remove the ad and not ruin customer experience because of it.
Since I upgraded and requested to be moved to one of the very few rooms in the building without the ad on the window, I actually had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was super comfortable and beautiful.
The staff at the reception, at the breakfast and from housekeeping were extremely warm and hospitable and took great care of me, and my every whim.
I also got sick one day, and the staff at breakfast went out of their way to make me food that would be good for my tummy, and even packing a few things that would keep my tummy stable during the day. 5 star in every way!

"To start with, even after confirming 2 times before travel no one picked us up from airport and we had to book a taxi and make our own way. When asked about it i got no reply. Then the room given to us was dirty and disgusting which i took photos and showed to duty officer. Dirty tables, dirty bath and broken shower were the few photos i took. They changed my room but the new room was not clean either. I took photos of ripped duvet which i did not complained and they did not change for 3 days and then i took pictures and showed it to duty officer but he did not do anything. Then there was this PSL team was arriving so they send us notice that they will change our room, lucky it was our last day. Overall worst experience ever.i will upload pictures if i get option for people to see the 5 star Hotel of Pakistan. Its a shame that the standards have gone down drastically and no one cares because it still runs on full capacity as many people don't know better or they don't say anything. For me it was the worst stay ever i have had in my entire life. Stressful time I'm glad is over after 14 long days and big dent on my pocket. If anyone want proof i have photos i clicked.
Last bit they also cut water supply on one night in the name of maintenance.
Please avoid this hotel."
"We just stayed one night while doing shopping in Lahore, Check in experience was bit too much formal, lucky we had all the required documents. I will rate this hotel a 4 star not really 5 star. Breakfast was wonderful and had a big selection of traditional and intercontinental food. Staff at breakfast even catered the personalised requests which was great. Overall this was quite pricy for price to comparable hotels in Lahore. I booked in rush without seeing the price coming was in US dollars not in Australian dollars.
Overall great service and reasonable cleaning."
"Other than safety of the hotel and 5 restaurants to choose from, staff are really friendly and helpful. But above all, the thing I like the most is Mughal style interior design in hallway and public space in reception area and restaurant, which makes my trip to Lahore feel worthwhile. I have travelled almost 100 countries, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed."
