"Best value for your buck! Had no issues, enjoyed the place—great evening entertainment, which we appreciated. The beach is nice, and we never struggled to find seats by the pool or on the beach, as some previous reviews mentioned. The food was great; however, I didn't find the special restaurants worth the hassle of getting in. All in all, I recommend it for the nice weather, the great beach, and the nice staff.
The staff can also do a better job of responding to room requests. We had to do some back-and-forth on replacement items. "
"The hotel looked amazing and the pool and casino! The staff was not very friendly even when speaking in Spanish . The room was nice but I had to speak to management several times about the soap , conditioner , and shampoo dispensers missing upon my arrival. I was Told bar soap was only an option at first which is ridiculous as the dispensers just needed to be replaced or filled up for the one I have . Management was ok but the actual workers from the casino restaraunt were not very pleasing to speak with . Great thing is security was all around the hotel ! Could be due to the legal prostitution but I felt Safe 24 hours around "
"Rooms clean, though musty smell in the room initially, once the AC was turned on the smell went away. We had to ask for x-tra pillows, only one pillow each, found blanket in the closet. The breakfast was great, nice variety. Staff friendly. They need more entertainment for guest, only provided a violinist & Mariachi group while there & it appeared only for dining guests by the pool area."
