"Stay was amazing room is spotless. Really enjoyed the stay. but the only thing which really annoyed is when we arrived at the airport the pick up staff was so rude we waited outside the airport near hotel buses shuttle around 45 mins. He can and said oh you guys have to see the board in my hands and talk to me. When we try to explain that the airport staff told us to wait outside. He replied that it’s not your private transport. It is the shuttle bus which you guys have to know the timing and the place. We said it’s our first visit how we know? He said oh I saw you at the airport but you haven’t see me. So it’s our fault that we haven’t seen him and ask him that we are staying in the Raddison blu hotel. After all these discussions. He haven’t apologised or anything just walk out from the bus by saying oh ok ok no worries. The bus will take you to the hotel. Another lady was trying to make him understand that atleast you should apologise or say some good words but he haven’t bother at all. Which is really pissed us off. "

The thoughtful in-room birthday setup — including a lovely cake, fresh fruit, and elegant bed decoration — made the stay feel very personal and special. I truly felt valued and recognized for my loyalty. The suite was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom featuring premium Crabtree & Evelyn amenities. The private beach and leisure facilities create a relaxing resort atmosphere right in West Bay. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality options with attentive service throughout the restaurant. It was also very special to experience the hotel during Ramadan Kareem. The festive atmosphere and respectful celebration added a beautiful cultural dimension to the stay, making the visit even more meaningful. "

"This hotel was great, staff were friendly and helpful rooms were spacious clean and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with lovely staff members. Stayed with 3 young children and we didn’t have anything to fault. Balcony has amazing views , pool was excellent especially the children’s pool which was temperature controlled. Would definitely recommend! "
