"I’m very disappointed with our stay at the hotel. When we checked in we found black hairs on the vanity sink. There was no complimentary water anywhere in the hotel. The towels smelled like cigarettes. When I mentioned this to the staff have been told that I should have book a different hotel if I’m not happy. The location however is great"

"Great location with great views. If you don’t mind bring a giant hotel with waits for breakfast and elevators, you will love it. Roof top bar is amazing and staff is so kind. However, for the price I expected more. Rooms are basic. Bathroom amenities are non-existent. Room decor, super basic, almost motel like. So come for those other reasons if you don’t mind the negative things I mentioned. "
