"Overall it was not a pleasant experience from the minute we checked in. I was abandoned during the check in for thirty minutes. When the clerk came back the apology was not acceptable and offered nothing to smooth it over. I hoped that would be it and could move on but turned out that was only the beginning. The 80% of the staff was miserable and could care less about the guest experience, not even a smile. There were about 6 or 7 employees that were excellent but that’s it. Food was what you would expect for an all inclusive, mediocre buffets, and restaurant reservations were a battle. Only way we were able to get reservations at 6pm, I have 2 toddlers, is an Expedia rep helped us with the reservations. My child had an accident in the bed and called housekeeping to change the sheets at 4pm. After 4 phone calls over a 6hr period, they were finally changed at 10pm, 3 hrs after bedtime. I even went to the front desk and spoke to the manager and he was very dismissive and didn’t seem to care. For the money we paid, I expected quite a bit more and would say that the reviews I read don’t seem to line up with my stay. I would never recommend this as a vacation spot."
"Though an hour from the airport. Well worth the ride across the island to this beautiful resort. Super friendly staff. All inclusive food/drink without wasteful untasty buffets.
Everyone was very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. The concierge service helped plan our stay before we even got there. Mini fridge is well stocked by staff.
Easy boat shuttle over to the beach.
Just be ready - lots of stairs. The island is also very mountainous. There is some distance between restaurants on property to walk.

"The property is great: beautiful villas, private beach, adults and kiddy pools, motorized and non- motorized water sports options, free entertainments during the day and night or you can choose excursions for extra charge ( we chose jamming sail tour which was a really fun way to see the island). The staff is very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Kids club is just amazing- they have daily programs and you will know in advance what kids will do. Kids clubs staff is great - a special thank you to Christiann. My little one didn’t want to leave at the end of the day! Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Lunch and dinner are average and very expensive if you do not have all-inclusive. Their spa is amazing - it has endless options for relaxation.
The property is far from the airport - be prepared for windy roads if you choose land transportation. Overall, my family and I enjoy our stay. The only issue we experienced was the check in. The check in time is at 3 pm but we did not get into our villa until after 5 pm. We were offered lunch on the house for inconvenience which was great but they need to make check in process more efficient."

The breakfast was a highlight—everything was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Plus, you can’t beat the location! It’s close to everything, which made it so easy to get around and explore."
"The room was basic but contained everything I needed. I had a garden view on the top floor which was lovely. The air con worked fine and so I kept windows closed which had the added benefit of keeping mosquitoes / bugs out. Having my pot of tea and biscuits in the room each night was a nice touch. Besides the room, the property was gorgeous. Very well laid out and plenty of activities. The only times spent in the room were to shower, get changed, and sleep. It really is a lovely, friendly resort and would recommend it to anyone, particularly solo travellers."
