"I can 100% recommend this hotel. Super clean, wonderful , and overall an excellent experience. The only small downside is that service can be a little slow during check-in or when you need assistance, probably because they don’t seem to have enough staff. But the buffet, the breakfasts, the hotel itself, the beds — everything is truly first class. I would definitely recommend it."

"An unbelievably hot room. Hotel staff claimed (when we complained that it was impossible to sleep due to the heat) that the hotel has no air-conditioning. Room temperature was in the high 20 degrees centigrade at 3am, in early May - presumably sun had been shining through the large glass windows all day."

"The location was convenient, but several aspects of the stay were disappointing. 1. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, which made communication inconvenient. 2. The shampoo bottle was completely empty, apparently left over from previous guests, so I could not even wash my hair. 3. There was a towel left on the bathroom floor near the shower area when I entered the room, which raised concerns about the cleanliness and whether the room had been properly cleaned. 4. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and surprisingly there were almost no vegetables available. Overall, the hotel experience did not meet the expected standard for cleanliness and basic room maintenance."

"This hotel is located near BER airport. You can reach a hotel by parking bus service or public bus transportation. Clean room. Staff were helpful and kind. Price was not excessive. Really limited amenity. No kettle, coffee maker, and no refrigerator in the room. But you could get hot water at front desk. Nothing restaurants and confinement store around the hotel. ( airport has some restaurants, cafe, supermarket)"
