"Spacious, tidy and modern room - would recommend this hotel for a quick stopover in Inverness."

"Location was good. Check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. I don’t prefer to degrade but I also want to be honest though. The room was falling apart. There is obvious water damage. Drywall was falling off walls and ceilings. Several old patches. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed and bathroom were mostly clean, but the carpet was full of hair and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several spider webs on the walls and stains on part of the comforters. Overall the place has got potential, but needs more attention to detail and overall maintenance. So, I’d only recommend it, depending what you’re paying for it."

"Lovely hotel but very steep stairs and no lift, especially if you have mobility issues. No rooms on ground floor and only double room on second floor. Breakfast was lovely. Just wish hotels would think to put sockets beside the bed rather than on the opposite side of the room. Nice room with lovely views of the hills. "

"This stay was perfect for us and we only wish we had stayed longer. The staff if world-class for professionalism and kindness. The rooms were big enough for our family (4 people to each room), the breakfast was amazing, there was actually parking (which we have learned is not always available even when listed), and my kids loved the complimentary hot cocoa."

"Beautiful house currently under improvement but the facilities are perfectly good and clean. No food is available at present. Extremely good value."

"Our stay was great. Service was good. Room was clean and big. Dinner and breakfast was wonderful. The extra bonus was the ghost tour, gave us some good old history of the castle. We had a lovely stay. Thank you."

"Small room struggle to get past the end of the bed , but clean and modern , drinks priced well, food is around 50% more than elsewhere in Inverness , does a job around 10 mins outside of city centre, bed was comfy ,wasn’t the wow we were expecting but an acceptable standard "
