We LOVED this hotel!!! The room and bathroom was double the regular Italian room. We even had a TERRACE WITH A VIEW!! WEe so regretted having stayed only 1 night!!! Next time we will spend a whole week!! The staff ADORABLE!!!

We cannot say enough good things about this accommodation! Centrally located, this quaint room was comfortable and clean. It was not a problem for us, but the shower in our room was very small which might be an issue for a larger person or someone with mobility issues.

The hotel is beautiful and appears to be pretty new. Our friends who live here say it is one if only two five star hotels in the area. It has a very new design and almost everything is white. It must be a nightmare to keep clean and that is one criticism my wife and her cousin had. They said there was a persistent smell of Clorox (bleach) or chlorine that was too strong and unpleasant. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Victoria. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make our stay enjoyable in every way. They were informative and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable, stylish and beautiful. Im giving this place a high rating because of its staff and excellent service. The building is a bit old but it was very clean and the staff was excellent. It’s difficult to find such pristine service these days and the staff here were more than polite and gentle and helpful. We will most certainly return.
