"They upgraded my room from a city view to a sea view. They failed to communicate about a dry cleaning issue. Rooms look a little old and cigarette stains really detract. The property has a few minor maintenance issues. It is close enough to the water. I will come back again."
"I cannot give enough praise to this hotel!!! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing and breakfast was fresh and delicious!!! There is a natural indoor thermal pool and sauna in the hotel and a Turkish bath. The lady that gave me my Hammam massage was so friendly and I had the best massage of my life at a fraction of the cost that you’ll pay in Istanbul!!! The hotel is also situated just down the road from the village town where the people are so friendly!!! It’s a 20 minute bus ride from Yalova and a ferry from Istanbul!!! I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back!! I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my stay and even looked healthier and younger!!! What a gem! Treat yourself and plan a visit!!!"
