Magnificent in every way. World-class service and customer care. The cleanest an most well-kept hotel I have ever known. Food was superb. The mountain lake views were beyond my expectations. The room balcony view was breathtaking. I am now a Kempinski fan for life. Wish I could have stayed for weeks.
Rooms were large with great furnishings. My room had kitchenette and fairly large balcony. Breakfast had large selection of breakfast goodies and even offred cook to order items on some days. Extra perk, mini bar in the room was complimentary and replanished daily.

Stayed there for 2 nights. The pictures don't do justice - the view and location is far more amazing than the pictures suggest! The rooms were clean and neat, the service was friendly. The wellness area with it's quiet lounge is breathtaking. Highly recommend the hike from the Hotel up to the Polsky Hreben!
A wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It is new, and built to be almost completely carbon - neutral.
