"A little out of the way, but transit came by and dropped off right by Hotel. Also very close to train stn and airpot. Staff was beyond amazing (Beatrice n Tania) but really everyone was amazing. Casino a 4 minute walk. Also very quit. Bumped amenities down a bit, (pool not heated and no jacuzzi). Overall, excellent hotel "

"Superb hotel! I've stayed in many hotels and this was the 1st one texting me to tell me when the room was ready, as we had arrived well before check-in time. In the evening, I had a very pleasant surprise when an employee brought to the room a bottle of champagne, a piece of cake with a candle and a birthday card. Not a request from my husband at all. All hotel's initiative (will never forget that). located in the modern area of Lisbon within walking distance from Oriente Station, an intermodal platform with metro, train and buses, as well as the lovely Parque das Nações (Nations Park). It's also a short drive to the airport. As we wanted to visit the Oceanário and meet with family"
