"I was travelling as a solo female. Very small single room but with everything I needed and very clean. The hotel is very 80’s - brown and a bit tired. Staff were not quick to engage but pleasant and helpful when asked and polite. The hotel is very close to both train and bus station which was useful - about 1 km from the centre. (Supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby). Breakfast was plentiful and good."

"Hospitality needs improvement. There was one woman and man helpful at the front deck. Hostess at beach needs some coaching to make people feel welcome. Only one restaurant is open in September and the water taxi ends at 6p. We weren’t aware that many of the hotels perks were limited in September which is part of what we thought we were paying for. Very expensive for what it was."

"The hotel, the views and the staff were absolutely lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of option for everyone. We had a great dinner at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. I will recommend this hotel."

"I had a double twin room; one bed was more comfortable than the other. The showers was really nice; both water temperature and pressure. There was free parking at the hotel. Breakfast included a variety of food. I thought there was a gym/exercise room, but I think they are putting in a sauna and massage area possibly. The staff is not very friendly. Only the check in receptionist was helpful."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel but a few things I would not to fellow travellers; There are only 12 sun beds round the outdoor pool and towels are placed on these to reserve from early morning Car parking is chargeable Air conditioning is poor and does not cool the rooms down very well Beach/Pool towels are only allowed once per day and this is strictly followed, you will be quizzed as to if you have already have towels if you request them later in the day There is a strict policy of no outdoor food and drink in the hotel - I think it is unreasonable to not be allowed to bring soft drinks back to the room in hot weather The restaurant serving evening meals it’s next to the outdoor pool, you could be trying to eat your evening meal whilst children are playing, jumping and screaming in the pool - this was as late as 8/9pm None of the above will ruin your stay - but some stop the experience from being relaxing and easy. The experience could be improved without such strict rules."
