"We had an excellent stay at Citadenes. We were 4 people with 2 teens, usually hotels provide one room, but here we had two rooms attached which was so convenient and comfortable. Plenty of food options around. There is a mega mall right in front with lots of shopping and food options. Staff was very friendly, and coffee in the lobby was great. "

"Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train station (and bus station as well), so it was a quick ride into Vienna every day. Being outside of the city have us quiet after a long day as well, but we never felt far from the fun. If/when we come back to Vienna, we wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else!!"

"Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so). It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet. Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am. The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though. "
