"Sat in the garden area and had a pint it was quiet and relaxing, room was spotless and bar was clean and friendly. Took a dip in the pool which was surprisingly refreshing, staff all in all were very polite and very friendly. Only down side was when we booked in there was no real instruction because we was early we had to ask if we could use the bar and then find our way around to the pool area but all in all five stars and will be back"

"Our mountain view room was fabulous. The bathroom especially was lovely. The manager allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in so we could visit The Heights of Abraham. We travelled by train so couldn't leave in a car. Myself and my friend will definitely return!"

"The hotel was ideally located for a local family event. We had a warm welcome by very friendly staff. The room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed and wonderful shower (I don’t personally like shower curtains but that was a tiny negative). We enjoyed an excellent meal in the evening, had a good nights sleep and a very tasty breakfast. For the price we paid, we really couldn’t fault our stay. We will definitely use this hotel again."
