"Absolutely excellent, highly recommend. This is a beautiful resort set in stunning mountains, beautiful views all around. Service was first class from absolutely all staff that work here . I would like to say a special thank you to Shisha at the front desk for being so helpful. Aghishek, Nikita, Vasu, Jitendu thank you all for the amazing first class service , I’ve felt welcomed , everything has been so easy, the room has been cleaned to a high standard. The restaurant staff and cooks also have been to a high standard of food and service I can’t recommend highly enough , I would especially like to thank Varun, Rahul Bhati, Vineet, Rajesh, Rahul, Dinesh, Jochin. Food is amazing with lots of choice for all diets and needs, and very tasty. In the rooms there every toiletry you need , I had packed so many toiletries but did not need to use any as the shampoo, conditioner, body was, body lotion, face wash was all beautiful and natural ingredients ( and I am fussy ). This is a perfect place to retreat , rest, and enjoy the most beautiful surroundings of the mountains in a five star resort with five star service . I look forward to returning. "

The early morning and sunset vistas are simply spectacular, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and hospitality stood out. The culinary experience was exceptional. Executive Chef Chowang Norbu and his team went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The Himachali and Tibetan cuisine was absolutely delicious—an authentic taste of the region that left us wanting more. The spa experience was top-notch. After a long six-hour road journey, the excellent massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar. Enjoying a drink while admiring the majestic Dhauladhar mountains, especially during sunrise and sunset, was truly magical. Overall, D’Polo Club & Spa Resort offers a premium experience with outstanding hospitality, stunning views, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"

"For the amount charged one would like a good breakfast buffet but not provided. Only few option of poor standard. Room had damp patches and bedding should be cleaner for 4 star. To me it was no star hotel. Should have stuck to Jawalji hotel."
