"We chose this location due to its proximity to all the stores and the entrance to the National Park. We don’t regret it one bit. The location is ideal. The Didi doesn’t have direct access to the entrance of the hotel so you have to walk a block down to get picked and dropped off. The room had everything we needed and the mattress was very comfortable. They also had a washer machine available for guests to use. We also had the pleasure of meeting Li, from desk staff, who helped us and gave us great touring advice. We definitely appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Serenity Hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again! Mountain view from bed every morning was a big plus ! Taxi was never a problem. Only few minutes to wait every time."

"I had received great service and extra help from one of the front counter host, named "Iris" at this hotel. Iris constantly survey the lobby area to see if any guest wuld need help and she tides up the front hotel area keeping it clean when she is not working at the front guest counter. When I was having eSIM and phone trouble unable to connect to connect to DiDI or Alispay, she came over and offered her help to set my phone up to correct WiFi and Data Roaming settings. She also helped me to leave my luggage at the hotel storage until I finished a mini tour in the morning of check-out. She is very kind, friendly, and accommodating. She has great attitude towards taking care of hotel guests. She deserves a 5-star review. I left the hotel happy and pleased."
