"Enjoyed my stay. Clean room. Small thing, but please get proper brown sauce and ketchup for breakfast. The sachets were not great. Coffee was good though."

"From beginning to end, we had a great stay. Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. Our room was spacious and clean. Very quiet too. Dinner in the evening was excellent and the dining room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was again very enjoyable with a good choice and our waiter was very helpful. Swimming pool clean well maintained. Overall we had a memorable stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here and would return in the future."

"One of the best hotels my chap and I have stayed in for a long time. It wasn't 'tired', the staff were helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the room clean. If we had to fault it, being very picky, the bathroom was a bit cramped and the towels weren't changed when we asked. The superb spa treatment that was a last minute booking, was a bonus. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying again."

"Clean rooms with good selection of hot beverage. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast options included in the price. Make sure to book in for an evening meal too as it was superb, beautifully presented and delicious. "

"A really lovely 4 night stay. The staff were excellent throughout and coped exceptionally well during a 3 hour power outage. My only, and minor, adverse comment is that a parking space was difficult to find at times."

"Disappointing all round. Room tired and shabby, plus not thoroughly cleaned. Spa showing its age (eg not all pool jets working). 30 min spa massage was actually closer to 20 mins. Emailed final bill included a “optional” service charge that could not be declined I.e not optional. "
