"I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed and they came back to take it whenever someone else needed it. The receptionist was rude. bathroom was not equipped with shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The bidet in the bathroom was broken so was the toilet and I would not used it my entire time on the property. "

"Taxi driver got very lost trying to find the hotel in the dark when we arrived. PLEASE put a sign on the main road & on the hotel door to help people find it. Breakfast wasn't served until 9am so we were unable to take it as we were on a work trip. Please consider travellers who are travelling for work and need to get to meetings by 9am so cannot wait for a late breakfast."

"This was a work trip and a mandatory accommodation. I (over)paid for the most comfortable rooms with breakfast included; however every morning when I went to breakfast it seemed like I was opening up the kitchen. My room had a terrible view: the interstate. Smaller cheaper and less comfortable rooms had a direct view of the ocean. The gap in comfort level was pretty big between these types of rooms. There were some larger rooms by the sea but their bathroom windows gave directly onto the courtyard, not ideal for a tall girl traveling alone."
