"I stayed here with my husband and daughter, we were allocated a very spacious room which was clean and very comfortable. The staff on reception were very helpful and professional. We enquired about the best way to get to Anfield Stadium and they informed us about a shuttle service. We asked to leave our bags after checkout while we explored the city which they were happy to do. My daughter accidentally left her phone in our room and they called us to inform us immediately. Hotel in a great location to explore all areas of the city. Highly recommend. "

"Nice city centre location. Parking £12 a day, by necessity as I didnt see any other option eg street parking. Easy walking distance to many restaurants although the hotel has its own restaurant and separate bar with food. Gym and spa attached , and pool was a good size. Just one point to be aware of--the hot water from tap is extremely hot, and using shower can be tricky, and need to get temperature right before stepping in"

"First, beautiful hotel I have never seen marble walls like that before, amazing hall, nice staff very accommodating, our room was simple double room then bathroom then single room bathroom was newly renovated but bedroom it self needs attention, overall a beautiful hotel I will definitely stay again very central location with an incredible value."

"Just an amazing hotel. Very retro/industrial vibe to the hotel and rooms. The room was absolutely huge with a steel plated drinks bar. The bathroom was immense and the rain forest shower was to die for. Let’s be honest, there are cheaper hotels but this hotel is not that much more than a “main stream hotel” with its bog standard corporate rooms and delivers so much more in terms of atmosphere, relaxation and being pampered. Would stay again at a drop of a hat. Just do it and spoil yourself. Make a memory for the “memory rucksack of life” and don’t think about the cost as no pockets in a shroud…. "
