"The room overlooked the beach. Two minor issues with the room. The clock did not work and one of the drawers would not shut completely. It kept sliding back open no matter what I did. I did tell the desk on checking out "

"No hot water. Bed was worn out and sagging. AC sparkly worked. Front desk said I needed to wait until the morning to get a late check out. Will NEVER stay at this hotel or a Country Inn and Suites again. "

"When I first walked in, it smelled like gas or propane, some type of fuel I asked for a refund because I did not feel comfortable staying there with that odor. I was told at the front desk that it was too late to get a refund, which I think is fraudulent because when I booked it, I wasn’t in the presence of the hotel to smell that odor. I would’ve never booked a room there. And I nor any family member will ever book a room at a Hampton Inn again."

"Clean and well equipped, appears recently remodeled. Did not use pool due to continuing remodeling in other units, which other than limiting guest parking was not a noise issue. Great access to beach and other amenities. Single bdrm unit so no wash/dry, but found great laundry mat 1 mile south. Would recommend and would return."

"Great location, clean, comfortable rooms. Couch needs to be replaced."

"Check-in was quick but went to the room and the bed wasn’t made and no linens in room. Went back to the desk after waiting 15 minutes for the staff to come to room. She said she would move us to a different room. Went to new room that was a queen standard. We paid for a king suite! She would not discuss a credit to us for the lower class room. Hopefully someone will issue a credit of some type. "
