"The staff were very helpful. Although the staff was extremely busy dealing with guests, I noticed on two distinct occasions that they were very engaging and professional. The pool is well maintained. I had a room with a whirlpool and it worked wonderfully. I also liked that the continental breakfast is served from 5am - 9am. All and all great value for the money!"

"First off, I wanna start with the check in.Tony was absolutely fantastic, took very good care of us.I've stayed all over and i've got to be honest with you.I've never really stayed at best.Westerns, but this one had a location that was unbelievable in hannibal, and it was so close to everything that we were wanting to go see.So I tried it, I will definitely be doing this more.It was impeccable, and the breakfast was good.The rooms were really clean.I mean, we just had a great time.If you're going to hannibal, you don't want to stay anywhere else.The location and everything it just can't be beat.I can't say enough good things about it"

"Check in clerk (white larger man w/reddish hair and several rings) was not nice at all. Even snapped at his co-worker in front of us. How hard is it to be nice? Ugh. Started the stay off poorly. Room was great. Cool and clean. Breakfast food seemed stale and not many options. Overall great stay though. "

"My room was clean. I think it could definitely use a coat of fresh paint. But that wouldn’t stop me from staying there. The breakfast was OK. Pretty basic and normal included the waffle station, instant oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, bread. I would have loved to see hard, boiled eggs, or cheese and another fruit in addition to just apples. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The sheets were soft and clean. I didn’t check out the pool or hot tub. And as someone who spent their summers in Quincy as a kid, I loved having the option to have a river view."
