"The bed was awful. The blankets were thin and weren’t big enough to cover myself and my 7 year old in the same bed. The air conditioner was loud all night. Breakfast was offered, but after not sleeping all night, I couldn’t wait to get up and leave as soon as the sun came up. "

"Supposedly they were updating the rooms at Casa Blanca however, you are lucky if you actually get an updated room! The only time that I have actually stayed in a nice room there was when I booked through the Casa Blanca Website. If you book through Expedia, they give you an old worn out room. The air conditioning units make horrible noise even when they are working. The bathrooms are moldy, counter tops are chipped, flooring is worn and stained, linens are dingy and mattresses/pillows are old. "

You hear a lot of folks my age complaining about "this Generation" but the staff was that generation and seemed so happy to help. "
