"I have been going to the Outer Banks for 35 years. This is a small hidden gem. Not the big resorts but its exactly what I have been looking for. I didnt want to leave! I didnt know they had corn hole and the outdoor pool was open. Everywhere else the pools didnt open yet. "

"Property needed more attention to room cleanliness and the entirety of our stay we were without air conditioning on the top floor, it was stuffy and hot in the rooms and made sleeping comfortably difficult. Close to beach and restaurants and the weather was nice which made not being in the room for long periods of time possible. "

"We enjoyed our stay! We were able to check in early and had a quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the a/c was working well! Even better, for someone who travels frequently with their spouse, there were 2 bath towels per guest! That rarely happens… we usually have to request extra towels! The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. There are great restaurants within a very easy walking distance. Overall we were very pleased! "

"The hotel is a bit dated and does not have many amenities, but you can get free passes to the YMCA, the breakfast was good, and most importantly it is on the beach. For the low price, it was a good deal."
