"The people were super friendly and overall the property was very nice, the room wasn't perfect, the bathroom had some lose tiles and other crud in the corners. Breakfast was good, I would prefer sweet danish, but overall it was fine."

"It was as ok. A few drunk guys were out back. One of your staff members told me my service dog wasn’t allowed to support me inside the breakfast area. I’m glad I didn’t have a medical emergency while getting a bagel to go."

"Elevator was down the entire stay, rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk at check in was immature and needed better customer service skills. Manager was kind and apologetic about our experience. Overall not bad just needs some improvement. We travel a lot with our kids activities and we would not stay here again. "

"My only complaint would be the super thin walls/ceilings. I was on the 2nd floor and kids were running around on the 3rd floor for 2-3 hours that night. I stuck it out and didn't make a complaint to the front desk because I know they were kids BUT I feel the front desk should do better when assigning rooms"
