"Everything was fine - wish the bed had been a little more comfortable"

"Super disappointed that there is NO hot tub! The property advertises that they do, but it's obvious they removed the hot tub and put furniture in it's place. That should be made clear as we were looking forward to using the hot tub after a long day on the road. Also, coffee options were not good, the in-room option was terrible. Breakfast consisted of nothing but old cereal, plain bread and apples. "

"There was no refrigerator in the room There was no hair dryer in the room The staff was less than friendly/helpful There was no shampoo or body gel in the dispenser. Didn't realize that until I was in the shower There was no hot water for tea at breakfast. Actually that dispenser was EMPTY. "

We had originally been given one of those rooms and the chlorine smell was really strong so I asked if it would be possible to switch rooms and they were very accommodating. Overall, we had a lovely stay. "
