"Besides us having a TERRIBLE weekend, the hotel was NO BETTER. My family & I was looking forward to this stay… carpets were not clean, beds were uncomfortable, water pressure for bathroom was TERRIBLE, barely any. There was talk of one of the rooms on our floor having bed bugs. People were complaining that we were being ‘loud’ in our room, but we were just playing cards & laughing, guest who complained of bedbugs stated she didn’t hear anything at all… people upstairs was running until like 2am. they tried to kick us out, front desk night person was rude about the entire situation while I was just trying to let the whole thing go (because I am pregnant). Switches & plugs barely worked. Only decent thing was location, breakfast & coffee! Paid too much for the experience we received. Will NOT be staying there again."

"We did not stay after seeing the condition of two of the rooms. One room was not ready after 4 pm which the manager said was not a hard time but a general time for your room to be available. Paint oeeiling from the walls. Rust around the drains. Curtains of different sizes on the windows. Black filth on the comforter. The room on the second floor was at the end of a dark hallway with rooms agar the entire way down the hall. As you walk by the opened doors exposed rooms filled with trash and sheets on the floor. Absolute filth. The manager was highly combative and I had to press for 30 minutes for my refund. The photos online are not accurate. They have been doctored. "

"Exceptional staff. We were created warmly and off to our rooms quickly. Hotel is very clean and well appointed. Christina the bartender at cool breeze was a joy to spend happy hour with. Housekeeping was friendly, helpful and our rooms were immaculate. Will definitely stay again. "
