They make you feel special. The food is great, you get 3 different choices at every meal. The "games" or safaris are twice a day and the rangers are very professionals. The Spa is marvelous and accommodating to people itineraries. Over all, an extraordinary experience.
We stayed at the suite and were delighted with the accommodations. The game drives were insanely interesting and the guides were top notch! Although it is a closed reserve, it is big enough to get a real sense of being in the wild, and you are almost guaranteed to see the big 5 (minus the leopard if you're not lucky, we were!) The animals almost don't notice you and behave naturally, a truly amazing experience!
The best thing about this place is the impeccably trained staff--and that's saying something considering how lovely the grounds are. Everything here is wonderful and relaxing--the pool, the views, the rooms, the food--all exquisite. But again, the staff are the ones who really make it special.
