"First room the door was completely broken and wouldn't unlock. We got checked in at 1:30am and had to leave by 7:15am or I would have left after I stepped on a cockroach that had its own zip code. Sink wouldn't drain. Check in staff was friendly. "

"When we checked into the room, we found no hangars were in the closet. We asked for some from several different staff members and didn't receive any for two days. The seat on the toilet in our room was severely misaligned. One of our friends also staying at the hotel in a different room, .tripped over a rug in the lobby directly in front of the reception desk, manned by a hotel staff member. The staff member offered no assistance or even a inquiry as to our friend's well being. No serious injury other than a bleeding tear in the skin of his arm. We were surprised by the lack of reaction to the event. "

The comforters had stains on them and the table and dresser did not look like they had been wiped down. The shower curtain was too short and water just poured out of the shower. The toilet seat had exposed wood and the toilet paper holders were broken, the paper fell off the first time I tried to use it. The microwave and bathtub were clean. "
