"Very friendly, staff, great view and incredible cookies! "

"The location was really good, close to SMU. Parking is an additional $30 per night in a locked garage. the condition of the hotel and room was poor, odd small doors bolted shut in our room. Lamps were all hung crooked. It was like if I tried to flip a building into a hotel myself, low skilled. The shower had good pressure & hot water. Beds were decently comfortable & seemed clean. We stayed only one night, but would not go back most likely. "

"Lady was dude rooms were available but the lady said there was no available rooms after i already paid she started yelling at me telling me to “get the f**** off her property!” And that she was going to call the police on me when I didn’t disrespect her not once.. mind you I had my 5 year old son with me and she was doing all of this infront of him.. "

"The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff was amazing. Air conditioning worked very well. My only issue was that I had booked a double room, and I was told when I arrived that it wasn’t available. We had to sleep 3 people to a king, as that was all that was available."

"Finding the location was easy and seems to be in a nice area. The hotel was clean witb plenty of parking. Hotel room was clean and bed comfortable not to soft. Only issue we ran into was the keycarda deactivating in our wallets"
