Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great. 100% would stay again.

Alysha was AMAZING! We had to travel on Christmas and she was so kind and patient and accomodating. We were grateful for her after a long day of travel! The room was clean and crisp and so was the rest of the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly and will continue to do so!

It was a last minute booking so I didn't expect to much. The staff was friendly, the room was awesome. Very clean and comfortable with a separate sitting area. I will stay there again next time I am in need of a room in the Tacoma area.

The suite was amazing! Loved everything about the facility and the room. Front desk customer service was not at all comparable to other Marriotts I've stayed with. Check in was odd as if I was inconveniencing the associate. My request to add my Marriott rewards info for the stay was met with "I can't make any promises" and "you should have done that when you booked the room". Staff was great.

There were a ton of kids staying at the property for a basketball tournament, and they did a great job hosting.

Our son and his family live nearby and, after trying two other hotels in the area, we now always stay here when we visit from Alaska. Front desk staff know us, the rooms are clean and right sized. Location is convenient to a great espresso shop and the included breakfast is extensive.

View of the back of a gas station, a McDonald’s and a liquor store…also very close to the freeway. All seems a bit sketch but really for Parkland wasn’t bad at all. Felt oddly safe. Very new and clean. My only complaint is staff checked everyone else but me and my party two hours early but made us come back. Didn’t seem to have authority to move us to a room that was ready and no willingness to even look and see. The rest was fine.
