"Decent price and and a comfortable room. One slight gripe I had was being charged 100 pesos for my key breaking in the lock. It wasn't my fault it broke as substandard metal was used when cutting the key, which was clearly evident by the break. Not a lot of money but principle. The receptionist who dealt with me stopped talking to me after I complained about it, and did say it would lead to a somewhat negative review. A little too officious for my liking.
