"This place was very clean. Plenty of parking. They have a pool and some activities which we didn’t use/do but looked fun for a family with kids. Staff was nice upon check-in & check-out. We had a view of the lake, very peaceful sitting out there watching all the planes come through and for the sunrise. 3 bedrooms/2 full baths. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a no frills accommodation. The check in process was simple enough-we had to scan the QR code/call a phone number when we arrive and we were greeted within a few minutes by the receptionist. She got a squared away and gave us the room access code and Wi-Fi information. There was ample parking and our room was clean enough. "The location was perfect for us as my husband had surgery at HCA. Osceola Hospital. House is in a quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants. We did takeout and ate in the dining room. After dinner we sat on the wrap around porch and has a glass of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Tom Kapp made me breakfast the next morning and sat and had breakfast with me and visited. A short but lovely experience."

"The carpet in the bedroom was lightly stained, but it smelled like it was shampooed before my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and mattress smelled freshly laundered.
