"The Park Hyatt at Saadiyat is a beautiful hotel, modern luxurious rooms with every touch you could think of - down to makeup wipes! We had a lovely roomy room complete with lounge and deep bath. The pool area is big and spread out, you are not racked and stacked on top of everyone else. The thing that really stood out was the commitment from every staff member to provide outstanding service. Their training programs must be amazing - as our experience with every one of their people was great....

"The room was nice and clean. It has a small indoor pool area, coffee shop/ restaurant onsite. There are several restaurants nearby within walking distance. I felt safe in this area as a woman traveller. "

"Surroundings is nothing special. Downtown Abu Dhabi isn't pretty or touristic, however it's a good base to sightseeing and taxis are cheap. The hotel itself is very clean but even after 3 nights at the hotel I couldn't figure out how to get hot water. Sometimes functionality is better than design."

"The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you."
