"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. "This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. The room had a full kitchen, but not a single piece of cutlery or utensils, and our request to be provided with any kind of dish had been denied, as apparently we were not allowed to use the...
