"The room was beautiful. A 400-year-old Spanish colonial home, renovated and converted to a hotel. High ceilings, hardwood floors and plenty of space. It is a grand place. My only complaint was the noise. It is on a busy street where diesel buses rumble by and you feel the whole place shake. Bring earplugs! On the plus side there’s a beautiful orange Gato that roams the lobby. Having a house cat always brings it up a notch. Great location, very nice people. "

"It wasn't first class ,But it was an affordable low cost hotel and i really appreciated the free breakfast evey morning. Just bring warm clothing and extra blankets if you are sensitive to the cold. I would stay there again "

Staff are amazing Property is like a time capsule to the Puebla colonial time 10 minutes away from the historic down town or shopping center (by car) Small restaurant inside the property open 7am to 10pm personally I prefere explore the city and new places to eat, but very convenient for people with tight schedulle Thank you guys I really enjoy my stay with you, we'll see you next time ; )"

"The hotel is walkable to the centro, restaurants and shopping we were very happy and comfortable. FYI no safe in rooms. We pre-purchased the breakfast it was worth it if you don't want to walk or figure out were to eat."

"This place is ok. Staff service is great and rooms are decent. Beds were not comfortable but decent, shower pressure was very low but enough for me to shower. Need ventilation I would definitely come back. The coffee tasters are GOOD."
