"Best customer service Ive recieved anywhere. Quinn is a true gem nothing we asked of her was too much including checking in a Birthday Cake and Cooler for a few hours before we headed to the harbour. She made to process very easy and handled us with grace. We had the buffet breakfast the next day on site again top tier service by staff. Would highly recommend."

"It was a nice hotel at a reasonable price"

"The room was clean and comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The shower was nice and the water was hot. The environment outside the room was quiet. The only downside was the water dripping outside a couple of the rooms. Definitely a trip/slip hazard for people who have mobility issues. Staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and close to southern cross railway station. Free tram zone just around the corner. A quick ride to Bourke Street Mall and shops and restaurants."

"Clean room with kettle, fridge, utensils and microwave present in room. Did not have breakfast at hotel, it had to be preordered Finally finding the hotel was the worst part for me. The lights that light up the name of the hotel could do with some bulb replacement- most did not work so the name was not visible always"

"Amazing hotel. They do everything perfect. Rooms are great, views excellent, location is ideal, beds very comfortable and Rooms are quiet. Pool, spa and gym are fantastic and open early till late. Buffet breakfast is one of the best. Service is absolutely top notch"
