They took care to facilitate access to a pharmacy when one of our party was ill; stored our luggage while we traveled to Lalibela; hailed safe transportation for local shopping; and resolved a conflict when on-site visitors did not accept credit cards. Small imperfections can be noticed in furniture, curtains, or other decor that did not impact the stay. This is a really great place to stay for a moderate price."
