"Stunning resort. We had beach rooms with direct access to the beach. I am literally on the beach. The hotel staff were all amazing, some of which I will mention by name. Jamila, Lilly - I think, Rashid, and because I don’t remember all the names, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you, hotel management and staff, for living up to our expectations and much more. If we are ever in Diani Beach, this is where we will stay"

"It was better than our expectations. The apartment exceeded our expectations – comfortable beds (quite firm) and good pillows. There was AC in two of the rooms and fans in all three. There was no frying pan, but we simply asked the staff for one and they arranged it right away. "Great hotel with FANTASTIC staff. Location is great, just by the sea or course. And the entire staff; from the hotel security, to the reception, pool manager and the very kind and friendly manager Joanes, were fantastic. "This place is listed as Gloria Beach Lodge but it does not exist at the given address on the confirmation email. The phone number is a Ukrainian one. To contact this number after many attempts was futile. A message was sent via a local number and a local who contacted me 6 days later .In the meantime my family and I had to find alternative accommodation for those 6 days. Unfortunately I had a second booking of 2weeks with same lodge which ended up being a hotel called Tradewinds which is...

"Een fijne accomodatie met uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Fijn om het zwembad erbij de hebben. Het voelde als een heel veilige plek. Een aanrader, en mooi aangelegde tuin en op loopafstand van het strand. Alles dicht in de buurt wat betreft restaurants en winkels. Lekker gegeten in eigen restaurant en een keer roomservice. Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend."

"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...
