"Stunning resort. We had beach rooms with direct access to the beach. I am literally on the beach. The hotel staff were all amazing, some of which I will mention by name. Jamila, Lilly - I think, Rashid, and because I don’t remember all the names, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you, hotel management and staff, for living up to our expectations and much more. If we are ever in Diani Beach, this is where we will stay"

"A great find! The room was spacious and well maintained, the host was lovely, and it was a close walk to numerous stalls with a variety of goods and amazing fresh produce. Having a kitchen allowed me to stay in if I wanted, but the apartment was also close to bars and restaurants. There is a close-by bar that plays loud music, but not super late, and I actually liked hearing the local music. The people I met were so friendly! "This place is listed as Gloria Beach Lodge but it does not exist at the given address on the confirmation email. The phone number is a Ukrainian one. To contact this number after many attempts was futile. A message was sent via a local number and a local who contacted me 6 days later .In the meantime my family and I had to find alternative accommodation for those 6 days. "The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...
