"We found ourselves immediately in need of a room due to severe thunderstorms and a tornado warning along our route back to Atlanta (from Baton Rouge). Adequately served its purpose. The front desk friendly and efficient. Clean room. Pillows are a little awkward - they are very small. "

"The Manager on duty checked us in and she was fine. But, she was upstairs when we arrived to check in & we waited at least 20 mins at the front desk. She never left a note to be right back or where she was. The elevator door opened & she stepped out to see all were waiting. There were at least 6 different customers waiting to check in. Was not pleased after driving 10 hours. Beds were comfortable. Rooms needed updating, especially the bathroom."

"Great place to stay in Montgomery. Close for walking to all the sights. Staff was very friendly and helpful, king-size room had a kitchen and the breakfast they serve exceeded our expectations."

"I would NOT recommend this stay! The front desk staff wasn't friendly. The hallway carpet was disgusting. They kept the staff's laundry room door wide open, so we could see every time we walked in and out of our room. The room reeked of mildew and mold. After I thoroughly sprayed and wiped everything we would touch in the room, we tried to make the best out of our stay. We were on the second floor, so we heard every foot step from the second floor. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again, nor will I recommend anyone to stay."

"Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice."
