"Great bed very comfortable "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. The whole place was immaculately clean. There was one point we actually saw someone in housekeeping cleaning the doors to the rooms. The cleaner was not smelly (the last hotel I stayed at there was a strong artificial scent everywhere but there were no smells at all - I am very sensitive to smells). The bed/ pillows were extremely comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, and the free breakfast was really good (much better than a standard “free breakfast”). Overall, highly recommend. "

"Very clean! Close to everything in Golden. Easy to find. We had to leave at 5:30am and the man working the front desk was also the valet given the early time. He was very thoughtful and turned on my seat warmers for me when he pulled the car around. "

"The staff are very nice and helpful. The suite had a very loud refrigerator and either needed replaced or a new fan. The room had a scent machine that was awful. The scent was overpowering, stunk and when I asked the front desk if they could turn it off, they said they couldn’t. The scent is so strong and not pleasant it affected my breathing. I had to open windows. The area is not secure and I do not recommend for a single woman. Several men loitered around the back door and leaving it propped open. I was very uncomfortable taking my dogs out at night. Not family friendly at all."

"Disappointing. The cable was out for 2 days, the ice machine on the 4th florr didn't work and the microwave in my room 417 was broken."
